The University of Michigan Department of Neurology values our relationship with our referring physicians. We welcome the opportunity to provide diagnostic and/or treatment assistance for patients with neurological disorders such as Parkinson's Disease, dizziness, headaches, Alzheimer's Disease, stroke, seizures, Epilepsy, sleep disorders and a number of other neurological conditions.
