Motor Neuron Disease/ALS Center
ALS [amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also referred to as "Lou Gehrig's disease"] and other motor neuron diseases are diagnosed and treated in the Motor Neuron Disease / ALS Center.
The center is dedicated to the service of ALS/motor neuron disease patients in Michigan and the surrounding areas. It has been certified by the ALS Association since 1990. Its purpose is to provide expert diagnostic services, treatment and compassionate, supportive care throughout the entire disease course of ALS and other motor neuron diseases.
