The Department of Neurology provides a one month core clinical clerkshipin neurology for M3 students, general residency training in adult neurology for 16 residents, and ACGME-approved post-residency fellowship programs in EEG and epilepsy, EMG and neuromuscular disease, sleep, and stroke, in addition to fellowship opportunities in movement disorders, cognitive disorders, neurooncology, and neurogenetics. An NIH-funded training grant allows for post-residency training in the clinical and basic research related to neurologic disease. Residency Training Program

The University of Michigan, Department of Neurology accepts five trainees each year into our 3 year, ACGME-accredited program. Inquiries regarding residency training in Neurology should be directed to Dr. Zachary London.
