Return to Work Programs

MWorks recognizes the importance of returning employees to work as quickly as is appropriate after an illness or injury. By facilitating a safe and prompt return to work, both the employee and the employer benefit.

Employers achieve lower production costs and health care premiums, reduce absenteeism, maintain productivity and improve their overall profit margin. Employees maintain a higher morale and sense of job satisfaction.

Whether the injury or illness is occupational or non-occupational, MWorks programs are designed to reduce high or increasing lost time days.

We can help employers in broadening the scope of their current workers' compensation return to work programs to incorporate personal illness and injury disability.

Because no two employers are dealing with the same situations, our programs are customized to meet the specific needs of the employer and their employees. Our disability managers will sit down with you and review the program options that make sense for your organization.

We can establish and/or evaluate trends, along with evaluating current and projected savings. We also can provide sample policies and procedures to assist in the development of return to work plans so your organization can operate the program independently.
