An extended Functional Capacity Evaluation can also be requested and includes identification of accommodations that facilitate production towards or at competitive employment levels.

Functional Job Description

Identification of critical job demands and required functional capabilities to aid in the development of job descriptions for new positions.

Bridge to Work Program
MWorks’ Bridge to Work program is a unique and highly effective work hardening program. Unlike typical work hardening programs which simulate a work environment in a clinical setting, MWorks’ Bridge to Work program places the client in a volunteer position in a real work environment. MWorks’ OTs provide job coaching for the patient and coordination with the client’s supervisor. Conducting the Bridge to Work activity in combination with a real work setting allows the therapist to help the client master the skills to succeed when he or she returns to work.

Individualized Services
Customized services based on the needs of the employer. These services include assessment of specific equipment needs, possible loan of equipment and follow-up consultation as needed. Can include the development of resources for identified accommodations and miscellaneous follow-up services with key stakeholders (case managers, work supervisors or other involved individuals) critical for long-term employment success.
