Bridge to Work Program
MWorks’ Bridge to Work program is a unique and highly effective
work hardening program. Unlike typical work hardening programs which
simulate a work environment in a clinical setting, MWorks’
Bridge to Work program places the client in a volunteer position
in a real work environment. MWorks’ OTs provide job coaching
for the patient and coordination with the client’s supervisor.
Conducting the Bridge to Work activity in combination with a real
work setting allows the therapist to help the client master the
skills to succeed when he or she returns to work.
