Services include:
Job Site Analysis and Education
Ergonomic consultation offering workers who are under a physician's
care, training and suggestions for improving workstation equipment
arrangement and usage.
Seating and Equipment Evaluation
This evaluation provides the assessment
and coordination of needs and options related to work site equipment,
employee physical status, and critical job demands. This includes
employee instruction in equipment use and adjustment, education
on appropriate self-monitoring for symptom management, and recommendations
for specific equipment and resources.
Functional Job Description
Identification of critical job demands and
required functional capabilities to aid in the development of job
descriptions for new positions.
Individualized Services
Customized services based on the needs
of the employer and employee. These services include assessment
of specific equipment needs, possible loan of equipment and follow-up
consultation as needed. Can include the development of resources
for identified accommodations and miscellaneous follow-up services
with key stakeholders (case managers, work supervisors or other
involved individuals) critical for long-term employment success.
