FAA Exams
Daniel Chapman, M.D.
 Dr.
Chapman is board certified in occupational medicine. He serves as
the medical director for the MWorks Occupational Health Clinic.
Dr. Chapman was a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force
and has over 150 flight missions in high performance aircraft. He
has participated in numerous aircraft accident investigations as
a human factors resource. He understands the unique physical requirements
of cockpit aviation and aerospace medicine. He also has training
in Global Medicine, Altitude Physiology, Tropical Diseases, ATLS
and ACLS.
Dr. Chapman is a graduate of Albion College, Michigan
State University College of Medicine, and the University of Michigan
School of Public Health.
Deborah Heaney, M.D.
 Dr.
Heaney is board certified in Occupational Medicine. She became an
FAA medical examiner in 2002. She is a graduate of Emory University
and the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Dr. Heaney
formerly practiced occupational medicine at Providence Health System
in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Heaney also serves as the Chief Physician
for Automotive Components Holding Corporation (formerly Visteon)
in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Dr. Heaney has been on staff at MWorks since
1997.
