About the Presenters
Alisa Morningstar, MS
Alisa Morningstar is Associate Director of the MFit Health Promotion Division for the University of Michigan Health
System. She oversees a diverse team of wellness professionals who provide services to employees, patients and the
community at large. She has worked in various positions in health promotion, including seven years as a Wellness
Director for the UAW-GM LifeSteps program and three years as Health and Wellness Director at Baker College of Flint.
Ms. Morningstar earned a B.S. from the University of Michigan in 1992 and a M.S. from Arizona State University in 1993.
Trish Klamert, MS RN BSN COHN-S/CM CCM CDMS
Trish Klamert is the manager of the University of Michigan – MWorks Disability Management Program. She has over 22 years
experience managing disability and productivity for both the University and other employers. Ms. Klamert has her master’s
degree in science from the University of Michigan with a focus on occupational health and safety. Ms. Klamert has been
published in the AAOHN Journal and is a member of the Disability Management Employer Coalition.
Rolando Croocks BS, RLLD, CLM
Rolando is the Director of the Laundry and Distribution departments at the University of Michigan. He has held this
position since 2002 and is responsible for supporting the Health System linen requirements. The Laundry Services
department is comprised of 72 employees and processes 7.8 million pounds of Laundry. Rolando is a Registered Laundry
and Linen Director and a Certified Linen Manager by the National Association of Institutional Laundry Managers.
