Cultural Competency - Cultural Competency Exchange
The Cultural Competency Exchange is an annual event with the purpose to: share how we are providing culturally competent care, learn how others are providing culturally competent care, help measure our level of compliance with the CLAS standards, celebrate that we are "putting patients and families first" from a cultural perspective, and follow one of the Health System's strategic principles - Cultural Competency.
