Amanda O'Reilly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan. Since completing her education, Amanda has worked on a post-surgical floor at University of Michigan hospital. The post-surgical floor included urology, gastrointestinal and transplant patients. Amanda was a charge nurse, mentored and trained students and new hires, and was the unit for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO). As the clinical nurse project manager for M-SCORE, Amanda is currently involved in measuring and improving the quality of care for the Michigan Bariatric Surgery Collaborative (MBSC), which is a statewide registry by her responsibilities which include reviewing the accuracy of submitted data, performing site audits, and providing collaboration between the sites.
