There’s nothing like a get well card or letter to lift a patient’s spirits. If you would like to send a letter or card to a Mott patient, please address it as follows:

It is extremely important that you include the patient’s exact room number and Unit in the mailing address to ensure the mail gets to the intended recipient. Also, please write "patient" in the lower left-hand corner to facilitate quick delivery of your letter or card.
