Emergency Medicine
The Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, of the Departments of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics, consists of faculty members who staff both the Children’s Emergency Services at the University of Michigan Hospital and the Pediatric Emergency Department at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. Between these two facilities, the Division cares for 45,000 sick and injured children annually. Faculty members are board certified in pediatric emergency medicine and some are also boarded in general emergency medicine.
