The University of Michigan’s Radrick Farms Golf Course and Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor are favorite courses for many golfers. But it isn’t just the outstanding quality of the courses (although that certainly does help) that makes them so popular. The links are home to the Mott Golf Classic, which has raised more than $2,000,000 in its 31-year history to help patients and families at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.

The Mott Golf Classic is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the overall health care experience of both patients and families at Mott Children’s Hospital. For example, some families whose children have lengthy hospitalizations receive housing and meal assistance from Classic funds. The Classic has also established a “scholarship” room for qualified families at the Ronald McDonald House. In addition, the Classic helped make possible the Mott Family Network Program which provides each Mott patient with a bedside computer, complete with games and software.

Experience a great golf course and help patients and families at this year’s Classic on June 6.
