Where your Gift is Needed

We build our commitment to the health and well-being of children and families through a wide variety of innovative programs. Your help makes a big difference! There are many areas in which a gift to Mott can be transformed into health and comfort for children. Among them:

A New Children's Hospital

Pediatric physicians perform medical miracles every day within the walls of the University of Michigan’s C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. But the time has come to build a new hospital for the children of Michigan and the world, all of whom are admitted to Mott regardless of their ability to pay. A wonderful opportunity awaits those who want to be partners in something extraordinary, powerful and long-lasting. Our children need – and deserve – nothing less. Learn more about this project.

The Children's Research Fund

Pediatric research at Michigan is unparalleled. Some of the world's most respected and productive physicians and scientists are drawn here by a spirit of collaboration and exploration that yields life-saving results. From Dr. Laurence Boxer's pioneering quest to unravel the mysteries of white cell functions in infection to Dr. Betsy Lozoff's research on how iron-deficiency anemia affects neurological development to Dr. Marc Hershenson's renowned successes in the treatment of asthma, research at Michigan bridges the vast array of pediatric diseases and disorders.
