Dr. Charpie is the Amnon Rosenthal Professor of Pediatric Cardiology and a a Pediatric Cardiac IntensivistMedical Director of the Pediatric Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit. His with rresearch interests includein vascular endothelial dysfunction and nitric oxide signaling, myocardial protection during surgery, and in the prevention, detection and treatment of low cardiac output syndrome in the post-operative patient.
