Deltavision-RT Live Cell Imaging System
Deltavision image restoration system for live cell imaging. Widefield fluorescence offers two filter sets, one for fixed samples, one for fluorescent proteins. Fully programmable stage lets the user select numerous points for visitation over lengthy live cell imaging.  Deconvolution and image capture with Applied Precision's SoftWorx imaging software.

Olympus BX-51 upright light microscope (A) Research grade optics include 4,10,20,40X dry; 60 & 100 X oil immersion.  Standard fluorescence reflector cubes (DAPI, 488, TRITC) with full complement of filters for DIC imaging.  Olympus DP-70 camera and software allows users to overlay fluorescent images pixel for pixel as well as overlay DIC-fluorescence.  Scale bars can be burned into captured images in a wide array of user selectable image sizes.

Olympus FluoView 500 Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope
Olympus Fluo-View 500 confocal microscope system.  Four laser system includes 405 diode, multi line Argon, HeNe green and HeNe red.  Transmitted light detector for DIC image capture. 2-Photon Confocal with FLIM & FCS
For multi-fluorescence confocal imaging, the Leica TCS SP8 prism-based spectral (SP) system provides five independent detection channels, each with individual gain for optimal dynamic range. Combined with the new LIAchroic beam splitter, the Leica TCS SP8 enhances excitation suppression and offers superb transmission for high contrast, publication-ready images. The addition of Hybrid Detectors (HyD) provides super-sensitivity to image the most challenging specimens without compromising any detail.For the ultimate in spectral flexibility the Acousto-Optical Beam Splitter (AOBS) and white light laser (WLL) allow you to tune the system to your specimen with up to 8 simultaneous excitation lines. The tunable Coherent Chameleon 2-photon laser provides deep tissue imaging and also offers spectral separation.
