mind, body and spirit. We feel each participant is best served when we respect others' uniqueness. To help empower participants to manage
their health for life, the MFit weight management program focuses on five lifetime strategies for success: a healthy environment,
a can-do attitude, being physically active, making educated food choices, and tracking behavior changes.
Multiple Measures of Success - MFit emphasizes health outcomes like maintaining desirable blood pressure and cholesterol
levels and increasing fitness levels, in addition to weight loss.
Degreed Health Professionals - MFit is staffed by degreed and certified dietitians, health and fitness specialists,
and health behavior specialists
Investment in Your Health - MFit recognizes that
learning, growing and adopting a healthy lifestyle takes time. That
is why we are committed to a partnership with you for an entire

Program includes:
- 18 contacts with the Weight Management team within your first 12 weeks. This includes six one-on-one consultations!
- Consultations include measurements of the following health parameters: cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, body measurements,
weight, aerobic capacity, strength, and flexibility
- 12 weekly interactive group sessions
- 6 and 12 month follow ups
- Unlimited access to registered dietitians, health and fitness specialists and health behavior specialists
- 50% off MFit Fitness Center - Ice Cube 3 month membership
- A step counter
- MFit low-fat cookbook
- Healthy Habits for Life program binder
- 12 months of motivational emails
You get all of this for a total program cost of less than $15 per session
Weight loss program costs may be eligible for reinbursement through your flexible spending account. Check with your benefits
