	Exercise and Relaxation Classes MFit offers a variety of exercise and relaxation classes at locations across the University of Michigan medical complex and Ann Arbor campus. MFit classes are open to all UMHS employees, U of M employees and the general public. 	Quitting Tobacco UMHS Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) is dedicated to assist individuals who wish to be free from tobacco. Each month at least one quit tobacco group is offered. This format meets eight times in seven weeks. Sessions last ninety minutes. Individual counseling is also available.
