healthier food choices. Today with cooking classes, a weight management program, seminars, and healthy eating resources,
we are committed to improving the health status of UM employees, their families and the community.

Healthy Dining
Making good food choices means fueling your body with a variety of nutrient-rich foods that provide energy you need for
today and protection from tomorrow's major illnesses, like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc. Items marked with the
MFit logo meet specific standards for fat, sugar, sodium, cholesterol, and fiber depending on the food category. You can count
