MFit Grandparenting Making it Grand!

Safe Sitter (pdf) |

Recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics and taught by Registered Nurses of the University of Michigan
Health System. Safe Sitter students will learn babysitting ethics, how to care for children (age appropriate
play, feeding, holding an infant, etc.), injury prevention, basic first aid, and how to care for a choking
infant or child.

This class is designed to give you a complete head-to-toe
look at how to care for your newborn. Topics include bathing,
diapering, safety, infant stimulation and much, much more.
It's recommended that you take this class at the beginning
of your third trimester.

Discipline – Make it Positive
