MFit Fitness Center - Ice Cube
MFit Fitness Center at the Ice Cube is a medically- and performance-based fitness center. The fitness center
is staffed and managed by the caring professionals of the University of Michigan Health System’s MFit Health
Promotion Division. All staff are qualified health care professionals with degrees in exercise science, sports

Fit-Script
University of Michigan, MFit Health Promotion offers supervised exercise and functional fitness programs for
people with special health needs or complex health history. Fit-Script participants benefit from the expertise of a
certified medical exercise specialist assuring the very best in care and program design. Participants will work
directly with an MFit health-and-wellness professional at each visit.

Personal Training Services
MFit personal training services are for individuals of nearly any age or fitness level. MFit will provide

Fitness Center Development and Management
Ford Motor Company and other companies have contracted with MFit to set up and manage corporate fitness center
operations. MFit offers complete turn-key services for fitness/wellness center development. MFit provides consultation
services for development, facility layout and space utilization, equipment selection, and negotiation of favorable
equipment pricing. MFit will also review existing facilities and provide qualified professionals to staff the facility.

MFit Youth Exercise/Sports Performance Programs
MFit provides the special assistance youth, teen and young adult exercisers require to exercise safely and
effectively. The University of Michigan, MFit Health Promotion Division offers programs ranging from general activity
and fitness to athletic performance. Participants receive a tailored exercise program, fitness testing, personal
training and supervised training sessions with a qualified MFit health and fitness professional. Age requirements may
