MFit Fitness Center at the Ice Cube is Ann Arbor’s premier medically- and performance-based fitness
center. The fitness center is staffed and managed by the caring professionals of the University of Michigan, MFit
Health Promotion Division. All staff are qualified health care professionals with degrees in exercise science,

MFit personal training services are available at the MFit Fitness Center and all Recreation Sports Dept.
locations (CCRB, NCRB, IMSB). MFit personal training services are for individuals of nearly any age or fitness
level. MFit will provide you with an individualized exercise program tailored to meet your goals and your health
and fitness needs. Our specialties include weight loss and maintenance, functional fitness, strength training,
aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, sports specific training and others.
