The HWRC is a friendly place to
get health education information for yourself or your patients.
The center contains fitness and health fact sheets, newsletters,
searchable databases, and telephone connections to the Women's
Health Resource Center, the Patient's Education Resource
Center, the Health Education Resource Center, and
TeleCare.
MFit posts information about current and future MFit
programs at the HWRC. The center is often the site for our
popular Ask the Personal Trainer program.

Come visit the Stress-Free Zone, new at the Health and Wellness Resource Center!
Got stress? Come visit the Stress Free Zone and experience relaxing music, a massaging chair,
Seasonal Affective Disorder light treatment, and beautiful scenery. There is no charge to use this great resource
and all staff, patients and families are welcome. Just walk in!
