Registration for MFit Exercise and Relaxation Classes is on a first come, first served basis. No registration
is considered complete until we have a registration form and one of the following: a check, payroll deduction form or
credit card information in hand.
Because class sizes are limited, and demand for certain classes is high, we are tracking the date and time when
applications are received in either our office, the Health & Wellness Resource Center (Room 2C 223 UH) or the
Ann Arbor Ice Cube. You will receive email confirmation once your registration has been processed.
There are 5 different ways to register for MFit classes - the method you choose depends on the payment
option you prefer. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept registrations by email.
In Person
Register in person at the Health & Wellness
Resource Center (2C223 UH), the MFit Fitness Center at the Ice
Cube, 2121 Oak Valley Drive, or 2850 S. Industrial, Suite 600.
