Patient- Based EXAM SIGN-UP

The sign-up page for the clinical exam will open on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 8:00AM and will remain open through Friday, May 1 at 11:59PM. During this time, you will have the opportunity to sign up for an exam session on one of the dates listed above. If you do not sign up for a session, you will be assigned a day and time to take the exam based on available openings. Due to the large size of this year’s class, there will be very few “extra” exam slots, so these will be reserved for students with extenuating circumstances (including, but not limited to: severe illness, death in the family).

**Students will be allowed to switch exam dates/times with other students between May 2nd and 9:00AM May 5th. If you realize that you have a conflict with the time you selected, you must resolve it during this time by finding someone to switch with you and e-mailing Laurie Whitman (whitmanl@umich.edu) so that your exam assignments can be changed accordingly. NO SWITCHING WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 9:00AM on TUESDAY, MAY 5. The URL for the sign-up page is:
