Application

Applications for Summer Science Academy (SSA) are available to Michigan residents who are currently in the 10th or 11th grade at the time the application is submitted.

Your completed application must be post-marked and mailed to our office by March 1, 2009. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. No exceptions.

2010 Application forms are available in two (2) formats, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Word.

• NOTE: Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to read PDF documents.  A FREE COPY of Adobe Acrobat Reader is available from Adobe's Web site.
