DRDA (Division of Research Development and Administration) maintains several electronic mail groups designed to disseminate information to University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students with specific areas of interest or responsibilities. Those seeking opportunities for funding should consider adding themselves to two lists in particular: DRDA-net and NIH-GROUP.
