Registration, Scheduling & Academic Records

Welcome to the Registrar’s Office at the University of Michigan Medical School. The Registrar’s Office, within the Office of Student Programs (OSP), serves the medical school community by maintaining the academic records for all current and former students. The Office is also responsible for registering each student (both preclinical and clinical) and ensuring that all degree requirements are met. Among the services we provide are letters of good standing, licensing and degree verification services for current students, clinical scheduling, grade recording, USMLE certifications, and the Visiting Student Program that allows students from other U.S. medical students to participate in our clinical electives during the 4th year.
