The Learning Resource Center Help Desk provides assistance to University of Michigan medical students and lab patrons on a wide range of computing-related topics.

    LRC Help Desk hours are:
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm
  • Saturday - Sunday Noon - 10pm

Computer Lab hours for medical students is 24/7 through Mcard reader access.

    Computer Lab hours are for non-medical students:
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm
  • Saturday - Sunday Noon - 10pm

Staff Assistance: Help Desk staff in the main LRC Computer Cluster are available to assist users during LRC Computer Cluster hours. Full-time computer consultants are available for advanced questions and support during normal business hours
(M-F, 8 am-5 pm).
