Educational Technology Services (ETS)
Educational Technology Services (formerly Classroom Services) is responsible for providing classroom scheduling, audiovisual equipment delivery and repair, multimedia solutions, and projection services at events across the Medical School and University of Michigan Health System (UMHS). The mission of the ETS staff is to support the multimedia, audiovisual, and space needs of UMHS faculty, staff, and students as efficiently and completely as possible with special attention given to client satisfaction, as well as to apply industry standards and innovation in order to improve the teaching and learning experiences of our clients.
