Dean’s Award Program for Staff with Medical School appointments
Nominations for the Dean’s Award Program for Staff with Medical School appointments will be accepted through June 12.

In 2008, the Staff Awards Program was expanded to up to 12 annual awards in three categories: managerial, professional and support. The top awardee in each category will receive a check for $1,500 and an invitation to attend the Annual Faculty and Staff Awards Banquet. Up to three “honorable mention” awardees will be named in each award category. Each honoree will receive a check for $500. A selection committee will make sure awardees represent all components of the Medical School mission:

“The mission of the U-M Medical School is to educate students, physicians, and biomedical scholars and to provide a spectrum of comprehensive knowledge, research, patient care and service of the highest quality to the people of the State of Michigan and beyond.” Details about the awards program, and procedures for nomination, are on the Web.
