MHealthy Wellness Assessment Screening Appointments Filling Up Fast!
Over 14,000 people already have signed up for their MHealthy Wellness Assessment screening appointment. Feedback from the nearly 3,000 people who have already completed the process and qualified to receive the $100 incentive has been extremely positive. Many people have commented on how valuable they found the personalized health information and counseling, and that appointments started on time and finished within 30 minutes. Here are a couple of anonymous comments taken from the exit surveys:

  • "I found out I have high glucose. Thank you for alerting me and not making me feel bad, but rather helping guide me in what to do next."
  • "I was in and out in no time. And left with some pretty good information. Staff were very knowledgeable."

To ensure your personal health information will not be seen by anyone at the University without your permission, the assessments are being offered through StayWell, a national health promotion vendor. If you have not yet signed up, don't delay! Although screening appointments will continue through the week of April 20, 2009, sign up today at www.mhealthy.umich.edu for the best selection of appointment times. If you have already scheduled your appointment, please remember to take the online Health Questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring the StayWell ID and password you created with you to your screening appointment.
