MHRP Community Advisory Board (MHRP CAB):

The MHPR CAB is a diverse and multicultural group of community members who advise the MHRP on a range of activities: further development of the MHRP; review and approval of research studies; promotion of and recruitment of participants for studies; and screening and education initiatives. A key role of the MHRP CAB is to link relevant research questions with community needs and interests, and to advise the MHRP on how to best conduct research on health issues that are important to the local community.

The MHRP is supported and funded by the U-M Medical School Dean’s Office and an NIH grant.
