Our service commitment is based on quality, reliability and reasonable turnaround.
PSF News
2-D gel electrophoresis is now available for micro-preparative protein separation prior to Protein ID using LC-MS/MS or peptide mass fingerprinting.
For our LC-MS/MS and Protein ID services, we provide a range of service options including preparation of cell lysates or protein mixtures for mass spectrometry, free project consultation, LC-MS/MS , protein ID, database searches and data interpretation. Check out our list of services and fees and turn around times. Our state-of-the-art UPLC Qtof premier mass spectrometer provides superior resolution, mass accuracy and sensitivity for protein analysis.
Interested investigators should contact Dr. Henriette Remmer at (hremmer@umich.edu; phone 734-763-6285) and check out our sample submission procedure. To schedule a project consultation, click here.
We offer competitive pricing on molecular weight determination of (synthetic) peptides and small proteins (up to 5kD).
