An application form to use the services of the Chemistry Laboratory must be filed for each new study. Please submit a new application for any additional test requests or anytime a Grant/Short Code number changes.

Directions
From M61 Glen Structure:
- Enter the 300 North Ingalls Building (NIB) from Glen Street parking
structure (Floor 6).
- Follow the 3rd floor hallway in 300 NIB past Nick’s Cafeteria.
- Turn right at the first hallway past Nick’s Cafeteria.
- Follow hallway until it ends at elevators (past UPS/FedEx box). Turn
left.
- Proceed a short distance to end of hall. Turn right.
- Proceed straight ahead to access the Chemistry Laboratory (G170).
From M66 Flat Lot:
- Enter back of 400 N. Ingalls building.
- At end of entry ramp, turn right.
- Turn right to access the Chemistry Laboratory suite (G170)
From 300 North Ingalls Building Front Entrance:
- Take hallway towards Nick’s Cafeteria.
- Turn left at the first hallway before Nick’s Cafeteria.
- Follow hall until it ends at elevators (past UPS/FedEx box). Turn left.
- Proceed a short distance to end of hall. Turn right.
- Proceed straight ahead to access the Chemistry Laboratory, Room G170.
