CareWeb Online Help
CareWeb Online Help provides information about most CareWeb features. Click any feature listed on the left to display its corresponding Help screen. All screens contain a brief explanation of the feature and step-by-step instructions where appropriate.
Launchpad is a new way to access CareWeb. If you are a CareWeb user, Launchpad will eliminate the need to log on to CareWeb every time you visit the application. If you are not a CareWeb user, you can turn Launchpad off so it doesn't take up space on your screen. Launchpad will be supported by the MCIT Help Desk.
Launchpad allows you to:
1. Have a single sign-on to your workstation and CareWeb.
Launchpad provides a single location from which users can access CareWeb, eliminating the need to log on separately. When you log on to your workstation, the Launchpad taskbar appears on top of your screen automatically. A simple click of the mouse and you are there.

Other ways to obtain help with CareWeb questions:
- Call the MCIT Help Desk at (734)936-8000 for live assistance. The Help Desk is staffed 24X7. The Help Desk can submit a request or problem ticket and forward to the CareWeb Team for investigation.

To report a problem with CareWeb:
- Fill out a problem report ticket online, which will be sent to the MCIT Help Desk.
- Call the MCIT Help Desk at (734)936-8000.
To submit an Enhancement Request:
- Review the enhancement process via the CareWeb Enhancement Page.
- Contact the MCIT Help Desk at (734)936-8000 to submit a CareWeb Enhancement Request or fill out a Remedy request ticket online.
