Does my doctor know about this? Do my other health care providers (e.g., pharmacists, physical therapists) know about this?
We are taking immediate steps to inform all who interact with M-CARE at any level and will make plans with them for a smooth transition.

Does my employer know about this?
Yes. We have notified — or are in the process of notifying — all employers

Will I get a new ID card?
It’s unlikely you will need a new ID card. If any information changes, you will receive a new card.
