Materiel Services

Non-Stock Items

Criteria: Supplies are considered nonstock because their usage is low and infrequent.  These supplies are still approved through the official processes and managed by Materiel Services.  The only difference is they are not stored in the warehouse.

How to get: Customers can call the MSC at 6-6077 or fax 936-4029. Materiel Services will place the order with the vendor for the customer.  Expect a two week delivery time on these items.  When the supply is received in the warehouse, it will be delivered to the address specified during the request.  Non-stock items may be non-refundable.  Call MSC at 6-6077 with questions regarding orders or credits.

PAR Carts: If your PAR carts have non-stock items, it is the responsibility of Materiel Services to ensure you have adequate supply levels of these nonstock items on your carts.  It is suggested that if you do encounter a need to use more than you previously consumed, contact Par Maintenance to increase the quantities ordered from the manufacturers.
