A Great Resource to Recommend to your Patients: Massage Therapy
Massage therapy has long been recognized as a complementary approach to treating pain, muscle tightness and fatigue. We have put together a program that makes it easy for you to offer this service to your patients who would benefit from it during their stay at the University of Michigan. Massage is not covered by insurance at this time. Payment is due at time of service.
If you have a patient who is experiencing high levels of anxiety, having trouble sleeping or just needs to relax, simply call to schedule an appointment. We are also available on Carelink under Massage therapy referral to place an order for massage therapy for an inpatient.
Patients need to complete our health history and consent form prior to their appointment.
