A vigorous and otherwise healthy 23-year-old woman is seen because of a systolic murmur on a pre-employment physical. She is a competitive mountain biker. FH. Negative. SH. Negative. PMH. Has had a "murmur since childhood." Physical Examination: BP 110/70, P 68, R12. General exam entirely normal except that the following was present on auscultation (note stethoscope is in the tricuspid area).
