A 20-year-old woman, 12 weeks pregnant. She is having occasional mild dizziness and recurrent morning nausea. No other symptoms. FH. Mother has hypertension. ROS. Nocturia x1 otherwise neg. PMH. and SH. Nothing of note. Physical Examination: BP 130/60, P 82, R. 16, WT. 124, HT. 5' 6". General exam shows no abnormality. Jugular venous pulse normal but prominent. Carotid pulse normal but bounding. No cardiac enlargement. The following was heard on auscultation.
