| Clinical Comprehensive Assessment |
Medical students are evaluated on their clinical skills using a performance-based OSCE (objective structured clinical examination) or standardized patient evaluations called the Clinical Comprehensive Assessment (CCA). CCAI is administered at the end of the second year. Passing the CCA I is a requirement for promotion to the clinical phase. CCAII is administered at the beginning of the fourth year. Passing the CCA II is a requirement for graduation.
