Audiovisual Pick Up, Delivery, Set Up & Projectionist Requests

In an effort to better serve your needs, Classroom Services has changed the process for submitting online requests for Projection, AV Pick Up and AV Delivery & Set Ups.

We have switched to an online database allowing you to enter your requests directly into our online scheduling system. Once entered, you will receive an email notification that your request has been submitted. You can also view the status of all requests entered and when a technician and/or equipment has been assigned to your event, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

We have added new features where you can view your requests via an online profile that you create or that we have already created for you. You will also be able to view your billing information via your profile. We will upload a pdf copy of your invoice and send you an email notification that this has been done.
