** PLEASE NOTE **
Classroom Services will no longer be scheduling any University Hospital
rooms but will continue scheduling at the Medical School. Please contact
the Department of Facilities at 615-0167 for any UH room inquire or go
directly to their website at http://www.med.umich.edu/facilities/planningdevelopment.htm.
Classroom Services will continue to handle and maintain any audiovisual
equipment and projectionist needs for those hospital rooms.
Classroom Services reserves classrooms and conference rooms in the
following locations:
- Furstenberg Student Study Center
Room No. - 2710, 2733, 2737, 2739, 2743, 2748, 2754.
- Taubman Medical Library
Room No. - 3905, 3907, 3909, 3911, 3915,
3912, 3916, 3919, 3950, 2901, 2903, 6913, 6915, 6917, 6919.
- Medical Science I and II Buildings

** Rooms in the Taubman Medical Library are not available for reservation
on weekends.
Calendar to View Available Rooms
1. go to https://lrc-spiischeduling.umms.med.umich.edu/
2. when the next window opens click on SPii to the left of “Today’s
Events”.
3. type in the User Name: LRC (caps) .
4. type in the password: classroom (lower case).
5. then click the Login
button.
6. on the next window click on “Activity Viewer” (you will
get a security window, just click yes) and the calendar will open.

At the top of the calendar the current date appears. Click on the down
arrows to change to the desired date. You must then click “Go
to Day” for
the date to change. The blue lines indicate rooms and times that are
currently scheduled.
If you find the date and time you need is available you can connect
to our web site at http:// www.med.umich.edu/lrc/faculty and
fill out the electronic room reservation form and submit it to us via
the web or fill out the paper room reservation form and fax it to us
at 6-2236. Please remember that we may be in the process of scheduling
the room you are asking for and it may not be available by the time
we receive your request. If you have any questions please call us at
6-2233.
How to Make A Room Reservation

Services Room Reservation Form. You can submit the completed form
by pressing the submit button at the bottom of the form, or you can print
the form and fax it to 6-2236. A reservation confirmation will be faxed
to you confirming your request.
In the event your meeting is canceled, please notify our office immediately
so that we may make the room available to others.
BSRB Room Reservations
The BSRB seminar rooms and auditorium are reserved 7:30am-5pm, Monday
through Friday only, by Classroom Services. The atrium is reserved
by med school facilities. The building is locked all other hours. Reservation
requests including additional hours or after this time frame will be
forwarded and reserved by Bonnie Brown of Facilities (7-2788). This
includes set-up time before 7:30am and clean up after 5pm. No on-going
events, including classes, will be scheduled with the exception of
building occupants. BSRB space is used for one time only events. No
eating or drinking is permitted in the Auditorium. Set up of tables
and chairs in the seminar rooms must be done by those who requested

Equipment Delivery Request Form
You can submit the completed form by pressing the submit button at
the bottom of the form, or you can print the form and fax it to 6-2236.
Equipment is delivered free of charge to all centrally scheduled rooms
reserved by Classroom Services in Fursterberg Student Study Center,
Learning Resource center, and Medical Science Buildings I and II.
There is a $20.00 delivery fee for delivery to all other rooms and
offices. Requests received less than 48 hours in advance
will be billed at 1 1/2 times the regular rate.
- You can also arrange to pick up equipment (at no charge) at two sites:
1A221 University Hospital. Equipment may be picked up and returned
between 8:00 - 9:00 a.m., 12 - 1:00p.m. or 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3901 Taubman Medical Library (Learning Resource Center). Equipment
may be picked up and returned between 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday

Projectionist Services
Classroom Services provides projectionist services for $17.00/hour. To
request projectionist services, click here Request

the submit button at the bottom of the form, or you can print out
the form and fax it to 6-2236. Requests should be made at least two
weeks in advance. Requests received less than 48 hours in advance
will be billed at 1 1/2 times the regular rate.
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are not permitted
in the Learning Resource Center,
Medical Science I, and II.
