Audio Visual Equipment Information

The Office of Financial Analysis has determined a price increase for Classroom Services. Effective April 1, 2009, our AV equipment delivery fee will increase from $20.00 to $29.00.

The fee for AV equipment delivery will be billed to your department's shortcode.

Laptops or Projectors requested for three or more days during a week on a consistant or regular basis will have a $25 per day fee applied.

You can also arrange to pick up equipment (at no charge) at two sites:

Equipment may be picked up and returned between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
