Is there
posterior wall injury too?

If
you hold this patient's ECG up to the light, turn it upside
down and view Leads V1 and V2 from the
back of the ECG, it will simulate what posterior chest
leads would record. Look at the panel on the right to see what
it'd look like. Note the ST segment "elevation"...
looks just like the injury pattern seen inferiorly, doesn't
it?
