Staff Assistance: Help Desk staff in the main LRC Computer Cluster are available to assist users during LRC Computer Cluster hours. Full-time computer consultants are available for advanced questions and support during normal business hours (M-F, 8 am –5 pm).

The LRC Help Desk provides assistance to the Medical Students and to Lab Patrons on a wide range of computing related topics. Areas of help include:

• CD/DVD Burning
• Kerberos (level-1) questions
