Arm Circumduction

Circumduction at a joint is a motion that circumscribes a cone. The shoulder, being the most mobile joint in the body, can circumscribe the largest cone.

Muscles: pectoralis major, subscapularis, coracobrachialis, biceps brachii, supraspinatus, deltoid, latissimus dorsi, teres major and minor, infraspinatus, long head of triceps.
