Conversion

eResearch Conversion

The term "eResearch Conversion" refers to the plan to move active studies previously approved in IRBMED's paper-application system, known as "Legacy," to the "eResearch" on-line application system. eResearch is already in use for all new projects submitted after July 2005.

We will notify you when a date is set for the conversion of your Legacy studies. Until then, continue to use the Legacy system for submission of amendments, event or other reports, and scheduled continuing renewals.

New studies approved in eResearch must use eResearch for submission of amendments, event or other reports, and scheduled continuing renewals.

The eResearch Team is improving the application and system based upon the feedback and suggestions received from investigators and study team members. Thank you for helping to make eResearch the best possible system for regulatory review of human subjects research.
