Privacy and Confidentiality
The Privacy and Confidentiality Course Offerings will include information related to both the regulatory aspects of privacy and confidentiality, as well as the technical aspects of storage and retention.

Waivers of HIPAA Authorization |
Course Objectives: You will learn when and how to apply for a Waiver of HIPAA Authorization. This will include the special categories under HIPAA, including certification preparatory to research, decedents, and limited data sets.
